Ever interested in health and fitness, I found a passion in helping women achieve their fitness goals! With a degree in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and a certification in personal training through ACE, I have been able to help women lose weight, build functional strength, and feel empowered with a sense of well-being! As a mother of two boys, I am aware of how important it is for a mother’s mental health to be physically fit.
Sakonnet Point Fitness was born from my belief that women in our community deserve access to personalized, one-on-one training in a private and supportive setting. My mission is to help you reach your fitness goals in a comfortable and professional environment. I am committed to ensuring that your fitness journey is not only successful but also enjoyable and deeply fulfilling in terms of your physical health!
In 2024, Sakonnet Point Fitness came to life as the embodiment of my dream to establish a personal training studio that went beyond conventional fitness norms. After seven years of working with clients both online and in person, I have garnered experience and insights into the unique needs and aspirations of individuals on their fitness journey.
Motivated to help clients achieve their best selves, I envisioned a space where personalized training and one-on-one coaching could seamlessly intersect. Sakonnet Point Fitness was born from this vision, a haven where clients receive the tailored guidance needed to implement fitness into their daily routines, complemented by one-on-one coaching and nutrition guidance.
With the motto "Stronger Than Yesterday" as the guiding principle, I love to empower my clients not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
